Your travel enquiry

The guided booking enquiry asks for the information needed to discuss your trip: travel preferences, dates, group size, name and contact details. Optional information is marked in the form.

You choose when to send

The guided booking form prepares a draft in the open page. It does not automatically upload that draft or confirm a booking. Choosing WhatsApp or email opens the relevant service; you review and send the message there. Refreshing or leaving the form can lose your unsent draft.

WhatsApp, email and other links

WhatsApp, your email provider, Tripadvisor, SafariBookings and Google Maps operate under their own privacy terms. A map may load when you open the office location panel. Other trip-planning tools may save a brief on your device when you explicitly choose to save it.

Keep your request relevant

Please do not put card details, passport scans or passwords in the enquiry form. Discuss any documents needed for a confirmed trip directly with the team.
